Условия за връщане и замяна

Връщане е възможно, ако:

• Продуктът не е използван;
• Запазен е оригиналният външен вид, пломбите и защитните фолиа;
• Съхранена е оригиналната опаковка;
• Продуктът няма следи от употреба, повреди или чужди миризми;
• Налице е доказателство за покупка (касова бележка или номер на поръчка).

Връщане не е възможно, ако:

• Продуктът е използван;
• Нарушена е целостта на опаковката;
• Повредени са пломби или защитни елементи;
• Продуктът има следи от механични или химически повреди;
• Продуктът принадлежи към категорията продукти за лична употреба след отваряне (гел лакове, бази, топове, течности и др.).

Срок за връщане

Връщане е възможно в срок до 14 календарни дни от получаване на поръчката от клиента.

Адрес за връщане

Връщането се извършва чрез куриер до адрес, предоставен от наш служител след одобрение на заявката за връщане.
❗ Пратки, изпратени без предварително одобрение, не се приемат.

Срок за възстановяване на сума

След получаване и проверка на продукта:

• Сумата се възстановява в рамките на 5–10 работни дни;
• Възстановяването се извършва чрез същия метод на плащане, използван при покупката.

Кой поема разходите за връщане

• Ако връщането е по инициатива на клиента — разходите за доставка са за сметка на клиента;
• Ако връщането е поради грешка на магазина или дефектен продукт — разходите за доставка са за сметка на магазина.

Състояние на върнатия продукт

Продуктът трябва да бъде:

• Нов;
• Без следи от употреба;
• В оригиналната опаковка;
• С всички придружаващи аксесоари.
